配送業者について

ご注文いただいた商品は、以下の配送業者のいずれかにてお届けいたします。

• ヤマト運輸 / 日本郵便 / 佐川急便（※商品により異なります）

配送地域

日本国内のみ対応しております。
海外発送をご希望の場合は、事前にお問い合わせください。

配送日数

ご注文確認後、通常 当日〜3営業日以内 に発送いたします。
配送先地域・天候・交通事情などにより遅延する場合がございます。
※土日祝は発送業務をお休みしております。

配送料

送料は以下の通りです（すべて税込）：

• 全国一律：送料無料
• ※一部離島・山間部は追加料金が発生する場合がございます。

ご不在時の対応

ご不在の場合、配送業者より「不在連絡票」が投函されます。
お手数ですが、お客様ご自身で再配達の手続きをお願いいたします。

その他

• 発送後に配送先住所を変更される場合、転送費用はお客様負担となることがあります。
• 長期不在や住所不備により返送された場合、再送費用を別途ご請求させていただくことがあります。

Shipping Policy (EN)

Shipping Carriers

Orders will be shipped via one of the following carriers:

• Yamato Transport / Japan Post / Sagawa Express

Shipping Area

We currently ship within Japan only.
If you wish to place an international order, please contact us in advance.

Shipping Time

Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, weather, or traffic conditions.
*No shipments are made on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Fee

• Flat rate: FREE (tax included)
• *Additional fees may apply for certain remote islands or mountainous areas.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not available at the time of delivery, a “missed delivery notice” will be left by the shipping carrier.
Please arrange redelivery directly with the carrier.

Other Notes

• If the shipping address is changed after dispatch, forwarding fees may be charged to the customer.
• In cases of long-term absence or incorrect address resulting in returned packages, reshipping fees will be charged separately.
